The Scaffold BD Manager is in charge of finding and creating new business opportunities in the construction industry. This position requires establishing connections with potential clients, comprehending their requirements, and offering solutions to fulfil those needs. Moreover, the Scaffold BD Manager will work with internal teams to guarantee project success and client contentment.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid sales and business development background along with expertise in the construction industry. They should be able to effectively communicate with clients and work well in a team environment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in scaffolding systems and project management. Responsibilities:

  • The current customer portfolio includes those in scaffold fields for trading, renting, or contracting scaffold businesses.

  • Creating proposals, quotes, and bids for inquiries, negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities, and achieving targets.

  • Meeting potential and current clients to expand market share and revenue in government and corporate organisations.

  • Collaborating with the team to discover new opportunities for providing innovative event management services.

  • Participate in marketing activities to increase brand awareness and gain new clients.

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that deadlines are met

  • Coordinate all operations.

  • Overseeing event setup and breakdown to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly and efficiently.

  • Managing vendors and contractors to ensure that they meet all contractual obligations and deadlines.

Ensuring that all aspects of the event, from planning to execution, are handled efficiently and effectively. Providing exceptional customer service to clients and attendees to ensure a positive experience and build long-lasting relationships. Requirements:
