JOB PURPOSE:

Trafalgar Properties are a UK owned and managed Real Estate Investment Company based in Dubai. We sell strategic land investments to our GCC Clients.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a fantastic role for a proven closer who will thrive in selling safe secure investments to ready cash buyers.
- Ability to pitch and sell Investment Properties both off plan and ready to the GCC Market.
- Seasoned Sales Consultants who can discuss investments quite easily with the clients.
- Well-versed in CRM (SalesForce), Cold Calling and can facilitate face-to-face meetings.
- Proven track record in sales and wealth creation for the clients is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic languages.
- Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent personal time management and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
- Arabic and English speaker, preferably female
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales, Real Estate or Investment Sales.
- Strong personality, driven and has excellent convincing/negotiation skills
We offer a basic salary of AED 5,000 Plus 7.5% commission for the first 2 deals closed and 10% commission for succeeding deals closed. Estimated commission: AED 10,000 per plot.
