Job Responsibilities:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Managing databases and arranging appointments
- Typing, preparing and collating reports filing
- Organizing and servicing meetings (Producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Prioritizing workloads
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- With more than 5 years of experience
- Must have an experience working as a secretary in a Law Firm or any related legal offices
- Can start immediately
- Preferred Nationality (female):
- Philippines
