LAW FIRM SECRETARY

We’re currently looking for a Secretary here in Dubai, UAE.

 

Company Industry: Law Firm

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Managing databases and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports filing
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (Producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Prioritizing workloads
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • With more than 5 years of experience
  • Must have an experience working as a secretary in a Law Firm or any related legal offices
  • Can start immediately
  • Preferred Nationality (female):
  • Philippines
